Richard... again this is not business as usual. Comercialization of the first blockbuster drug is imminent.
It will be widely available OTC and FDA approved. And it works.
there will be revenue stream, upfront cash, and royalties.
Everything you are saying its true if they were still doing R&D etc... but hey this product is done.... it will ship out hopefully Q2 next yr. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE WEB.
I think again you don't need to like it...thats fine... but wake up the past is NOT prolog here.

Rick...Give me one biotech stock that was given non-approval 2 times by FDA and then got a reversal and straight to OTC? Is FDA jerking our chain? I don't think so.

Site auditing and labeling agreement are no brainers and will be done in January. FDA approval coming after these two are completed.
