I think your comment about this firm not wanting to deal with small investors may be correct. They have a much pricey platform available for their "institutional" or "large" type of trader. I think this is where their focus as a business may be. I have one additional question that you or others may be able to answer for me. I have heard of being able to call directly to the floor. What type of trader would this be a workable solution for? Does the trader have to be a volume player to qualify? Is this a fast and effective method of placing orders? How costly can this approach be? Thank you! Bob Graham
