Matt, I have never had any doubt that you are experiencing trouble-free service. The log-in order would make sense, although many times I'll stay logged in overnight and still have trouble. Now I know to try logging in the night before, for sure. Truce & peace on the thread (well, for the weekend), but I'm going to try to beat you to those trouble-free servers slots, Matt :)) At least the facts are out now, and they are well-established: Quote.com is unable to deliver to many of us what we have contracted for and are paying for! I don't mind, as long as they're honest about it. Hey, it's an innovative package and I like it. Hope they get the servers fixed soon. -Steve
