Re: Handhelds G&K Game

Chaz,

And I for one recommend that since the final configuration is up for grabs, that components or elements of handhelds be included.
This would include Psion as you suggest, but also Phone.com which is the intellectual force behind WAP. Phone.com is much more than a browser as you probably know. And its acceptance is pervasive - a who's who of companies.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've only considered the handhelds O/S and hardware companies for the Game. Phone.com was not included because WAP is a non-proprietary open standard. However, a broader Handhelds Game should include application companies. That's where I think Phone.com fits in with its server and browser software for wireless web access. So I'll include Phone.com in the Game.

Mike makes monthly reports which reflect considerable analysis on his part. Do you plan to follow that pattern?

Yes and no. I've promised to give periodic update for the Game. But, as you may aware, Mike is a very hard example to follow.
