If those trees are an easily renewable resource, why not just regrow them like a farm, and use only that wood? You guys can't wait to cut down that last 5% of old growth forest.

Neocon, do you have any idea what kind of money we are talking about here? It was around 500 million for the recent headlands deal, for example. I guess that would be, what, a few "tracts" then? 100 million a tract?
