Kendall, I have been touting that change since April of 1997, but finally we'll have the resources and professional help to make it a reality. Earnings plays will definitely be 'upgraded' that is why I am combining the subscriptions once again. I'm really tracking the earnings plays more lately myself and have held through earnings more than ever because I take the time to study the quality companies rather than wait for JCDA or some such stock. I'll be using Metastock Professional 7.2 with e-signal so I'm looking forward to that as well and Telescan still has the best scanning software for fundamentals and technicals and I've really tried them all..I'm going on my fifth year using Telescan's ProSearch and my P& F breakout are still 'black boxed' from technifilter, I don't figure them out manually. We always did fine picking the stocks and enjoying a pop or even a week or two, but I've left more on the table than I've taken. Only a few lucky ones I managed to hold onto.. The earnings plays and momentum plays complement each other so well I can't separate them in any trading forum anyhow. I get into a crappy IPO for 3 hours, make 4-5 points and I'm gone..It has its pluses but I like to hold for longer like those days we held onto BVSN, KIDE, PUMA, CAMP. I pick up something line INTU, VSH, IONN, ELNT, and remember ALLR, we were the first (at least pardon me if I'm wrong) thread to really pounce on that stock. And to be honest, I'm a little concerned with the highs the Nasdaq composite index has made in the last 3 weeks.. I know I'll end up shorting but in order to get an uptick I have to short at a more risky level. I'm not a shorter at heart at all I'd rather get some cheaper better companies that I can actually hold for 2 or 3 weeks like I have until the last few days. Now I feel once again like I'm sitting on my packed suitcases waiting to be 'relocated'.. We need to find some more MRCY's and your SYKE which I like.. before they cost $150 a share and can end up costing $90 but not with me in it.
