Virgil: looked at chart (where can I view a site w/ 2 year capacity and lots of customizable criteria?) Anyway I went to: askresearch.com and I saw that RSI, OBV, STO, and Money Flow all seem to be going in the wrong direction, unless I am mistaken. I will check out vector vest for fundamentals and a "scan" of such. (including timing) I'm open to hearing your view. As I am not exactly a Herm or David in the chart reading department. Also, did it look like the BB's were widening out in opposing directions as the stock was consolidating/to heading south? Wait to hear your take on this. Thanks for your "heads up" jaytee
