First, Playstation2 will be the hottest item you have ever seen. There is an installed based of 70 million Playstation users, as well as a huge number of echo boomers reaching the target age for the product. Sony will easily sell 75 million of these - more likely 100 million.

Second, my bet is that your guesstimate about the royalty rate is low. I give RMBS $1.50 or so per box, and a higher than average p/e, based on it being a growth stock in its early stages.

Dan...Let's recalculate using your royalty #'s, which are probably low.

Estimates are for 25 million units overseas alone, with a domestic release next fall expected to equal that figure.

50 million x .61/23.55M = $1.30

No way we have a growth stock with a P/E of 25. How about a reasonably lower P/E than we have currently (75)

Stock price $97.50

This is with 0.00 royalties from pc's
