I agree with what you are saying, but I was trying to think through Robert's post about the company letting loose a few shares because there float was too tight.

I do want dilution either. But maybe by spreading more shares out to institutions we can get to the next level; since the cap is now over 100 million, it is more amenable to funds. I am sure management could use the cash for some R and D and the like. And the secondary would forge a relationship with the underwriter to pass on to its clients.
Lastly, if there is truly pent-up demand we will have an unsustainable spike that I will horribly mistime. Maybe more shares takes some whipsaws of the table? All of this predicated that shares are truly in demand.
