Whenever I post you have to keep in mind you're dealing with a middle-aged mind that never learned to take shorthand....gg) However, I still believe Kevin said he expected payment any day and I recall nothing about payment being contingent on the Duma reauthorizing 601. No, he mentioned that there were two different possible sources of payment, but said nothing that I recall about payment being contingent on the Duma.
