Thanks for the clarification. A few more questions for you:

1. Will this 3 NIC setup allow you to simultaneously run two computers on one cable modem link?

2. Is there special software that you need or will something like the internet sharing feature in Win '98 SE suffice?

3. Is it possible to share two computers on one cabled modem link with only one NIC card in each computer? I'm asking this because I don't have any more PCI slots available on my ASUS P2B board!
