sand wedge, Thanks for clarifying your impression of the changing trends of document/knowledge management and web site/content management. How distinct are the lines that separate those changing industries from the stuff Peregrine and Remedy are doing in the areas of infrastructure management, especially considering that Remedy is adding marketing software modules to their help desk stuff? For me, the lines are becoming more and more blurred in each passing month. It's hard to figure out how blurred without an in-depth study of each company. I was wondering if you could give us a thumb-nail sketch of what's going on. --Mike Buckley
