Bull - Exporting Nations One should also ALWAYS remember that the primary source of revenue for these nations is CRUDE and it is in their own best interest to modify production to secure the highest sustainable price for their product (while also conserving their resources). It is this POINT that brought about their agreement to cut production. Currently, the ‘cartel' is in 91% compliance with the agreed cuts. I don't see them changing a strategy THAT IS WORKING.
