John, Ian, Mattsons website doesnt have any info on epi whereas there is some on strip, cvd, rtp--have they conceded on epi and does any one know of the status of cvd in the 300mm field for Amat and Novellus? That seems like the area of greatest potential--steve

Thanks for updating my Epi understanding. It's beginning to sound as if it won't be a major contributor during the early part of this cycle.

As long as we capture a new CVD customer every now and again, I'll retain a big smile.

RE DD: There does appear to be a real tug of war going on there between the bulls and bears. I've never seen it so volatile.
