During a Bullish Market sentiment,, when you see everything going up regardless of merit,,use a a 5-7% stop in a Bearish sentiment period, Use a 10-12% stop,

On the private site I try to offer a few basic skills that when used religiously ,, can improve returns significantly..
Like teh 1 point exit and re-entry,, regardless of price as soona s a stock moves against ypour initial entry by a point, get out ,,wait for the stock to spin higher , or compltely break its move and then reenter , ( This of course is dependant on the fact that You have concluded thatr the stock is in deed a POS )
