I think you are referring to QCOM's HDR. Read the previous discussion about HDR and check out Caxton's links.

Check out NTRO which specializes in wireless broadband.
It won the standard for wireless last week which shot the stock up nicely. It is also tightly tied into LU which is very good. One should look at the LU website to see the partnership between NTRO an LU. This is one to watch carefully, imo.
