You're not paying attention if you think the internet isn't killing off lots of traditional jobs. You ever try to save a buck buying on the net from some huge evil corporate enterprise?

An airline ticket, for instance. I wonder if the WTO protesters are aware that Frequent Flyer Miles are about to replace $U.S. as the world's reference currency.

And, how are brave internet entrepreneurs more pure of purpose than the guy who puts his savings into an on-the-ground, in-the-neighborhood business and sees it grown into a mega-success? Maybe Starbucks started that way (I have no idea and don't care, BTW).

Did we exchange these posts earlier? Seems so familiar....

Amazing that "internet" shows up as a bad spelling here, of all places. Couldn't Admin Bob DO something about that?
