Re: "Elmer, Is an offer you cannot refuse a crime? From the mob? What about from intel? Attempted market coercion is a crime. To bribe them not to buy AMD is a crime. To hang any tail on what you sell to actions re buying from a third party is a crime. Even co-op advertising money has areas to be caustious of."

Bill, with all respect, please provide some data that separates your post from shear fantasy. The simple fact that you make an assertion that something is a crime does not make it one. Your statement that something is a bribe does not make it one. I'm still waiting for some definition that makes Intel's incentives somehow different from many other examples in the business world. I know you want to believe that a crime has taken place but wishing just isn't enough to make it so and you haven't presented anything else. Companies can participate in exclusive distribution programs based on cost incentives. It happens all the time.
