<<The Russian Mafia will do everything in their power to extort his money and destroy this company in the process>>

1) The money at risk is limited to the extent invested by PAA in Russia, and even so some of it is already spent (e.g. wages).

2) It is not Bill Gates money, except that he through his investment company holds 10.3% of PAA stock.

3) If you think that the "money" has a more desirable color due to Bill Gates being a shareholder and Michael Larson, his investment advisor, sitting on PAA Board, think again.

The $13 million mill building in question (or Bill Gates' $16.5 mill. investment in PAA for that matter) are peanuts compared to the economic clout that Bill Gates (personally and through Microsoft) commands. E.g., say there could be
"a small delay" of unknown duration in getting additional Microsoft operating systems and other systems exported to Russia, not to talk about the latest MS technology or Y2K fix programs.....

Russia as a nation would be a big looser and their government knows that..... so help should be forthcoming from there (not a bad place to start with)....
