Did you even read the press release that you posted? The FTC did not take issue with Quigley's claims that are substantiated with their clinical study. Gee, man...do you really think that anybody falls for your negative hype? Do you really think that anyone will take you seriously when you so obviously distort press releases that are right before everyone's eyes? That press release doesn't have anything to do with Zicam from a regulatory perspective and the only people that read it are a handful of investors. It hasn't affected sales of Zicam, which is evident by Message 12191668

Regarding your post on Quigley's valuation, their stock is down because their revenues have fallen significantly and Zicam is probably going to eat even more into their revenues. They also have a lot of excess inventory. If you understood forward valuation, you would see that. Quigley hasn't done any studies on allergies and Gum Tech is set to finish a study of this nature in the spring.

It's a real act of desperation rehashing two week old news. There's no doubt in my mind that the bottom of the correction in this stock is near. The short shills have been out in full force on Yahoo and SI this weekend. Just count the number of posts from shorts here and on Yahoo. They dominated the threads and that yo-yo (Crazy) cut and pasted the same negative hype posts from weeks ago...for about the hundredth time.

BTW, to substantiate my claim that zinc ions have been proven to inhibit replication of the rhinovirus:

PRIOR ART

It has been established in vitro that zinc ions can inhibit replication of a few of the many antigenically different rhinoviruses.
