Monty - you've been receving QCharts free since January paying only ~$10 per month for the exchnage fees since then, according to our records. Your account was cut off on 11/30 because the billing department couldn't find any justification for you to get free service all this time.

Yes - it is important to keep the account information current and up to date so that we can contact you.

I believe your account was re-instated last night. Please let us know if this isn't the case. If it hasn't been re-instated then you may need to go and re-instate your exchange permissions yourself to assert to the click-through exchange agreements.
