I tend to agree with you regarding the Intc/Gtw deal.

There is nothing illegal in it. It seems like a one off deal for better pricing/credits for some exclusivity.

Now if Intel decided to withold chips etc from oems who sell AMD parts, in a systematic way then we would have a different kettle of fish.

And besides Intel would not be stupid to violate the law on such a high profile case.

I do think that their actions on MB's are much more egregious. However I am sure pressure is applied on a verbal basis, and it would be impossible to prosecute etc.
