Excite AtHome chief technology officer Milo Medin, who participated in the negotiations, said the agreement included a definition of shared access that was acceptable to his company. But Medin warned that implementing shared access would require technical changes that could take two years to develop and deploy. ``The technology to do what we're talking about in that letter doesn't exist today,' he said. I think that this resolves a lot of our topics, though I'd like to hear exactly what new technology Milo thinks is needed. Looks like ATHM is willing to sell IP transport. If that is the case what new technology is needed? Eric
