As I posted before, the 12 issues you mention barely scratch the surface where valuation is concerned. The imputed value (assuming a conservative multiplier on the non-publically traded issues) is "only" 1.4 times sum of the parts. This does not take into account any synergies between the companies or the market value of several units to be taken public in 2000. Compare this with CMGI in the range of 3X sum of the parts.
