Mike, to what extent does SNDK or GMST face the same risk? Both of their business models incorporate aggressive litigation to protect their patent positions. Both have a broad series of patents that they can point to (I do not know the breadth of VISX's patents). And both GMST (especially) and SNDK have successful litigation track records. Is that a differentiator of Gorillas from potential gorillas, the extent to which their proprietary positions have already been demonstrated in the courts?

that's what can happen when a discontinuous innovation is thought to be proprietary and is later determined that it isn't
