Hi Bernie

Thanks I got the SS. With your and Tom's comments and your SS I think I'm on the right track. The trouble is that basket of stocks I bought is so hot I can hardly touch my computer to enter the data:o).

Hi Bernie, Tom and everyone, on the subject of baskets of stocks to AIM, here are a few thoughts for discussion purposes.

Basket #1
For the bottom 2/3 of the pyramid, let's say we half fill it with 6 or 7 blue chips, which are dividend paying stocks from various sectors.

Forgive me for asking again - AIMing this basket is a lousy idea. True or False?

Basket #2
For the top 1/3 of the pyramid, let's say we load it up, to the level the IW advises, with 6 or 7 of Dave's 40% discount special technology stocks. AIMing that as a basket seems to make good sense to me. Yes, no, maybe?

I am trying to avoid baskets with holes in the bottom.

Regards, Jack

BTW Bernie, I would like to get a copy of your spreadsheet. I'll send you my e-mail address.
