Fred.....I don't understand convertible debentures (or many other aspects of stocks for that matter), however when I see a surge in the price of a stock like wavc I have to wonder why. What has changed? Its my opinion that the price has been manipulated upwards & shares are being dumped into the market at this higher price. Do I have evidence? No, I don't but I could probably find evidence. However I believe if you dig back further on this thread a gentleman by the name of Zeev Hed has already brought the share dilution problem to everybodys attention.....good enough for me. I believe Zeev calls them leaky convertibles? It has been my experience to be invested in a company that did this type of financing & very unprofitable btw. Check ttrif thread.
Expect the price of this stock to slide back to the $1.00 Range in the not too distant future.....regards, Rick
