Speaking of BA and DSL, I was talking to the Bell Atlantic technician as he was checking out my new line (Northpoint DSL going in soon) and claims they will get the jump on all the independents by putting repeaters in neighborhoods like mine (with high DSL penetration likely) that are too far from the Central Office for ADSL.

Thought that to be interesting.
