I'll give you some good news....just got back from that analyst meeting and nothing but extremely positive outlooks from all who spoke. Bob Davis from Lycos spoke because OMKT "is the backbone" of Lycos shops (1,100 merchants rolled out on 10/25 in the US and going global next year.) He was absolutely gushing at the gills about the job OMKT has done. Lycos did very thorough DD before picking OMKT and said that he could not have expected such a job. There were several other similar testimony's. Seperately, BC Krishna, CTO of OMKT, flat out said "no one can do what we do" with the combined company of OMKT and FutureTense. Eichorn in summary said an OPEN biz model at the end of the day "always wins", all the competition (VIGN, BVSN) have proprietary models that over time will hurt them. Make your own decisions, but there were over 100 analysts in the room and a lot of excitement at the lunch break.
