If any top manager finds out any of his people could have found out about an offer he or she would have a responsibility to request a halt.

A humble opinion: ALA has increased in market cap by over 10 billion dollars since around July 9 when ValueLine has price of 28 (now 43), with 923 million adr equivalents. Morgan Stanley is THE international M&A house. The acquirer needs to explain how the acquisition is not dilutive in home bourse before the nitwits on Wall Street chime in. Thus the announcement there prior to here.

cool hand luke: action at the close appears very bullish: there is divergence
between the price/volume curve and the price.
Clearly somebody is trying to keep price down but I
have a feeling this baby will pop the champagne any day now,

back later,

TA
PS: Big rush at the end:But the price never caught up with flying price/volume.
GO Newbridge!
