You really have to dig to figure out what their network is going to look like. The numbers and route maps they supply often mix in leased and old-school (the famous WCOM fiber) facilities with the new stuff. The new stuff sounds 100% buzzword compliant. WCG's advantage might be in actively promoting the commoditization of bandwidth and offering the Williams price-stability model to customers. They also bring a great reputation for customer service. Is this what you meant?
