Something else that's funny: if you read the whole settlement agreement (all of us forgot to make copies, but we'll be sent official ones by our attorneys) you'll see that constant reference is made to FBN as if it really were a company.

Is it possible that they never really understood? Can they be that dumb?

Yes, Mr. Lokey indeed has an interesting interpretation of truth. But the legal system allows him this. After all, he has the ability to pay for his version, yes? Give the man his due, and thank Steinhart (and Roger Myers) for an ethical principle which exemplifies any reputation lawyers may deservedly have. <gg>

This is an outrageous and pompous lie....Business Wire's Mr. Lokey says he's not familiar with the Uniprime case, but says the wire service carefully screens press releases before they're distributed.
