A particularly warm thanks to Christopher Hodgkin and Peter V, who offered their excellent advice (publicly and privately). Whilst they themselves may not completely agree among another, I'm very happy to read any discussion on the matter.

Discussion—that's what the boards are for. Communication might actually help the legal system—and help the next victims of the 'Lokey-SLAPP Chainsaw Massacre—Part II'. (Coming Soon! -- to a theatre near you, if nothing changes.)

Just curious, in planning a settlement, did you consider a provision that would prevent BW from public comment on the settlement?

IMHO, BW's announcement last week was a smear on the three of you. And it was fairly predictable, given their previous behavior.

OTOH, maybe it would be hard to get them to agree to a clause requiring that they refrain from expressing their opinion publicly without them doing the same, and I'm sure you wouldn't want that.
