WAVC has closed above $4 for the last three trading days, if it can stay above $4 for 17 more days they will get a NASDAQ listing.

From WaveRider's web site:

With the improvement in share price over the last two months, is WaveRider considering a NASDAQ listing?

Our goal is to become one of the recognized leaders in the wireless communications sector and as such it has always been one of our priorities to progress to a NASDAQ listing as soon as possible. To qualify for a NASDAQ listing, WaveRider must satisfy several conditions relating our balance sheet, SEC filings, corporate governance, share and ownership structure and trading history. We have made every effort to satisfy these requirements and to the best of our knowledge we comply with all conditions except one.

The only remaining requirement is for our share price to trade above $4 for 20 consecutive trading days. While we cannot control or predict our share price, we believe that the progress we have made over the last several months, particularly with the recent financing, and our foundation to support the company's growth in the future, will contribute to achieving this final condition.

Trading on NASDAQ carries several advantages. Many investment professionals, from brokers to analysts, as well as individual investors, will invest only in NASDAQ listed stocks because there are minimum performance and reporting requirements. A NASDAQ listing also brings substantially more visibility and accessibility to information for investors.
