I hadn't read the Weiss & Yourman complaint concerning the class action suit against Hitsgalore until recently. It seems to be very thorough. Item 5 of the Nature of Action section discusses the legitimacy of LFT and Ms. Wilcher's legal problems.

"Indeed, the legitimacy of Life Foundation Trust itself is questionable, as the Life Foundation Trust and its Trustee were sued last year for consumer fraud for their apparently involvement in a HYIP (high interest investment plan) scam."
