Paul, re: tracking stock I spoke with a Ms. Rachael Kosmac at Intel, an attorney that works for Mr. Dunlap. Although she wouldn't disclose the process for a shareholder proxy, she did say that the SEC could provide all the information we needed. She also said that the deadline is TODAY for this years annual meeting. I was more curious than serious, but, she was VERY curious about what the subject of the proxy would be. Maybe next year... John
