Nickle1 I hope I can be some kind of assistance to you. First of all there are three thousand innu and inuit people holding rights to the voisey bay deposit. If you seen claims maps you could see that both innu and inuit land claims cover over the voisey bay deposit. Secondly everyone in Newfoundland and Labrador wants to have the smelter in there home town because of the low employment rate of 17%. Smelter means jobs and lots of jobs for the area. But Argentia has already been chosen as the site for the smelter and I don't think this will change. Labrador will have a refinery and Newfoundland will have the smelter. The mining permit has to be signed by Brian Tobin and I am sure that he will not sign unless he is happy with what NFLD is going to get in benefits.
150 million tonnes is way off.
Churhill Falls is another story.
