DHL Airways Inc. Signs Formal Contract to License Mercury's Flagship Software Systems - Magellan VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1999--Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. (MYSYF:OTCBB; MRY:VSE) reports today that DHL Airways Inc., the U.S. arm DHL Worldwide Express network, has signed the formal contract to license Mercury's Magellan product. The $3.5 million contract with DHL is the largest in Mercury's history. According to Mercury's President & CEO, Graham Whitmarsh, DHL is the second major airline to license Mercury's suite of crew management systems, marking a significant milestone for the Company. ``We are pleased that the formal agreement is now in place.'
