With all this talk about transport/carrier/internet infrastructure provider and the recent "split" of Excite, is ATHM on its way back to being a "utility" stock?

So how good does the old buy out look now?

The AOL buyout of ATHM? Heck if I know. Wouldn't T have to flat out agree to this anyway, given the huge number of shares they own? Basically, it appears that ATHM is stuck with their exclusivity head start on becoming the big old broadband ISP king. ATHM owns none of the network, is that correct?
