I think there is a prescreening process. I've IOI'd on every offering and I either get an opportunity to affirm my offer (which has always led to 100 shares being allocated) or I never get the opportunity to affirm.

Consequently, I have never received a DJ letter since I either get an allocation based upon an affirmation or I don't get a chance to affirm.
