JDN,

Unfortunately (because I am very long this company), you are incorrect. Look at what happened to Cendant. Their CPAs gave them a clean bill of health too, and a lot of support from Wall Street firms when the charges were initially aired. After the irregularities were acknowledged by the company and after they reached a settlement on the class action suit they sued the CPA firm for not discovering the irregularities.

As to analysts uncovering problems, don't hold your breath. Years ago before Baldwin United got into a lot of trouble all of the analysts were positive about the company. Only James Chanos took the time to do a thorough analysis and issued a "sell".

Nevertheless, I am still positive about this company. It may take some time, but I believe that management will be vindicated.

TTFN,
CTC
