Interesting stuff!

My primary interest was in determining the effect the initial ruling in the infringement case has on the game. Someone (sorry I can't remember who) felt that round one of the international patent infringement deciion inherently renders the game a royalty game. I felt it probably still remains a gorilla game. I haven't studied the situation. Now that you have, what are your thoughts?
