their charting has been very slow and i find the favorite lists are not updating frequently

I'm having the same problems that you are. I also get the 'Loading data error' constantly, but when I request again, I get the chart. If there isn't a significant improvement with the upgrade on Dec. 17, I will be looking for another data provider.
