JDN, RTQs just disappeared a couple of days ago after I was hooked. Kept it on my desktop and would use it "as needed." I imagine it was a java applet, maybe you had your security settings to high for it to work. What OS are you using. I wrote the SysAdmin and asked what happened to the RTQs and suggested they purchase Sun Servers to help handle the load. He or she didn't respond. By the way I have been known to recommend Sun servers to other sysadmins were needed. I am shameless!<g> david
