Appears that the conversation between the Jaz and my SCSI BIOS is not going well

Since the SCSI BIOS does recognize the JAZ as I stated in post 9561
I should have said the conversation between NT and the Jaz is not going well....I stand corrected.

I'm booting from an IDE drive and have not tried booting into DOS or W98. But thats a good suggestion to narrow things down and will try them both and report back.

Have you tried reading and writing to the Jaz drive in DOS mode?
Have you tried reading and writing to the Jaz drive with Windows 98?

I tried booting into DOS and W98 with the Jaz connected. Both DOS and W98 can boot with the Jaz connected. Although SCSI BIOS recognized the Jaz during bootup the Jaz is not shown as being present after the OS boots..
