OK, now please tell me how to fix my automatic car-window thingie. The glass got off the track somehow. I know the motor still works, because I can hear it spinning when I push the button. How do I get to it without ruining the inside of the door, and is this something I can do myself?

Now there's an idea. Penni, tell us when you want to do this project. Get one person on the computer and another in the bathroom. Ish will send instructions to be conveyed, your computer person will send back your questions and comments. We'll be standing by in case Ish isn't clear or forgets a step (like FIRST, TURN OFF THE WATER!!!)

(As if he would. But it made a good excuse for using caps lock.)
