Art, I think that what IPSY was referring to was the fact that HEC's gambit failed, and that is never good. Remember that an effort like that can cost quite a lot to put together (management time, lawyers, accountants etc.) and if it results with nothing, not only is the long shadow of the floorless not removed, but, the expenses were for naught. That brings into question management's judgment in believing they could pull this one off. As I mentioned in a prior posts here, I was under the impression that they had prenegotiated the deal and were comfortable that they could pull a good deal of the debs in. I was wrong, apparently they acted like high schools kids pulling a prank, and put that offer cold on the table to the Europeans to see if they'll bite. Not a good sign , IMHO.
