Jay,

Those are annoying, but tolerable.

An unacceptable bug I encountered was that my phone got into a state, where it couldn't make any calls, even with full power strength. I had to let the battery to die to reset it.

Another unacceptable bugs that I encountered was during recharging. Sometime, the phone gets in a state where it will only display the battery power and nothing else. No signal strength, not banner, no date, nothing. Power key won't reset it. Pressing send-i-c keys at the same time won't get it out of this state. Only after disconnect the charger will get the phone out of this state.

I have seen too many smaller bugs to mention here. Once, my phone even got into some kind of debugging state when I pressed the POWER key. It displayed some source code file name on the LCD. From the name, it sounded like a Phone.com module, but I don't remember it exactly.

Anyway, the Thin Phone is lousy. If you want to know more bugs, ask Engineer.
