Avoiding at this point is not the way to play it. You buy some here, and if it pulls back, then you double down. Its obvious that THEY requested the inquiry, so the odds of negative news coming out is very slim. By the time you jump in, you will be paying over 40. It makes no sense to wait, unless you really think its going to $.01. The technicals are very buy positive, this will not last long.

Volume at the Bid 23,820,900 Volume at the Ask 29,820,900 Short Interest Ratio 1.48 Previous Short Interest Ratio 18.856 There was hugh size continuously shown on the ask to keep the price down while the big boys covered their shorts. A large amount of shorts were covered on Thursday. After the shorts were covered the stock started it's upside breakout. This stock is solid as a rock with the cash reserves and is a buy at 1/2 value. Account anyway you want but "show me the cash". I like cash.
