Bombardier is not buying Springboard. That is not an issue

Perhaps not to you, but I believe that the reason that they spun off Springboard is so that they can sell it in order to concentrate on their core business of doing nothing. Springboard is presently the closest they own to a money maker. I don't believe for a minute that they intend to let the investors reap any benefits that they can keep for themselves, and by spinning off Springboard, there are probably a lot of options created in the new company that the board members of both companies got that the shareholders don't get. So if there is a takeover both boards will make real money, and the rest of the shareholders will be right where they are now...... with nothing.
